These Terms govern your use of 3djunk.com and the Services provided by DDD Ventures LLC doing business as DDD Junk Removal (“DDD Junk Removal,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By using the Site or booking Services, you agree to these Terms.

1) Services

DDD Junk Removal provides junk removal and hauling-related services, which may include cleanouts, pickup, loading, hauling, donation, recycling, and disposal.

2) Quotes, Estimates, and Pricing

Quotes may be provided based on photos, descriptions, or on-site assessment.

Final pricing may change if job conditions differ from what was described (volume, weight, access, time, prohibited items, or additional labor).

Taxes, fees, and disposal costs may apply depending on your location and job details.

3) Scheduling, Access, and Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate job information and a safe, reasonably accessible work area

Secure pets and provide access instructions, including gates and parking details

Identify items to be removed and items to be kept

Notify us in advance of hazards, pests, sharp objects, or unsafe conditions

We may refuse or stop work if conditions are unsafe.

4) Prohibited and Special Handling Items

You may not place hazardous or illegal materials in a junk removal job without prior approval. Examples may include chemicals, asbestos, medical waste, explosives, and other regulated materials. If discovered, we may stop the job and charge for time and disposal handling where allowed by law.

5) Payments

Payment is due at completion unless agreed otherwise in writing.

We may require a deposit for certain jobs.

Unpaid balances may incur reasonable collection costs as permitted by law.

6) Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us as soon as possible at 916-909-1518 or [email protected].

Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a trip fee or minimum service charge if our team has been dispatched.

7) Photos, Documentation, and Property

You authorize us to take photos or videos of the job for documentation, training, quality control, or dispute resolution.

Marketing use of identifiable images (such as address numbers or faces) will only be used with your permission.

8) Communications, Calls, and Text Messages

By providing your phone number, you agree we may contact you for service-related communications (quotes, scheduling, arrival updates, receipts, and support). Marketing texts require opt-in where legally required.

10) Disclaimers

The Site and Services are provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DDD Junk Removal will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

12) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DDD Junk Removal from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your breach of applicable law.

13) Eligibility (18 or older)
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services, submit forms on this Site, or opt in to receive text messages from DDD Junk Removal. If you are under 18, do not provide personal information to us.

14) Carrier liability disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

15) Delivery and carrier-related issues

We are not responsible for any charges, errors, or delays in SMS delivery caused by your carrier or third-party service providers.

16) Age and phone ownership confirmation
By opting in, you confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the phone number provided and that you are at least 18 years old.

17) Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Venue for disputes will be in Placer County, California, unless otherwise required by law.
